Tasks

  • Work with Clients on Regional basis after the sale process and also between the departments and do regular upsell
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, collaborating with Sales and inbound support teams to provide outstanding customer service
  • Develop and grow rapport with day-to-day client contacts, agencies and direct prospects
  • Own campaign lifecycle including trafficking, launch, renewals, incremental and campaign reporting, plus optimization
  • Analyze campaign performance & audience insights to identify strategies for maximizing campaign ROI
  • Regularly contact advertiser clients regarding campaign optimization, strategies and incremental opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver weekly reporting, campaign wrap-ups and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams on operational processes, troubleshooting and billing
  • Participate in cross training programs with creative, performance and publisher teams to get a holistic view of the inner workings

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management
  • Advanced level of English, ability to speak Hindi/Marathi/Bengali
  • Knowledge of Ad Tech industry
  • Experience with CRM system management and Upsell records
  • Prior experience of work in Agency and working with AGILE/scrum will be a plus
